We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to keep plants secure and hydrated during transit. Each order is hand-packed with protective layers to prevent shifting and temperature damage.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-living home decor items. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer a guarantee on live plants?
Yes, we provide a 14-day 'Happy Plant' guarantee. If your plant arrives in poor health or does not survive the first two weeks, we will send a replacement free of charge.
When will my order ship?
To ensure peak freshness, live plants are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays at carrier facilities. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has entered the fulfillment process or been prepared for shipping, we are unable to make changes.
